March 20, 2010 -- Street Sweeper Social Club perform at Rachael Ray's Feedback Festival, as part of the twenty-fourth South By Southwest (SXSW) Music and Media Conference and Festival in Austin, Texas.
This was during their insanely loud cover of MIA's "Paper Plans" and Bootsy is miming that he's got a gun in his hands. And yes, that's Tom Morello, with the guitar and super-cool shades.
