May 19, 2009 -- Fishbone perform at the Joey Ramone Birthday Bash 2009 at the Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza, in New York, NY.
An eclectic crowd gathered to honor Joey Ramone and Fishbone played a crazy set to a house of adoring fans. Moments after I snapped this shot, the crowd surfing began. Lucky for us, the stage at Irving Plaza is actually low. I vaguely remember getting kicked in the head, though....
