Santogold

I think she's my new favorite. The MIA comparisons are unavoidable (strong female MC, production by Switch, she's even good friends with MIA) but she's forging her own path with a killer voice, bouncy synths, and tons of catchy hooks. Beautiful, beautiful hooks. Anyway, this shot was taken in non-ideal lighting conditions, and her hat really drove me crazy, but I managed to time my shutter with other people's flashes.
